About Jane: Jane is a licensed clinical therapist with 20 years of experience working in the field of behavioral and mental health. She clinically trains and supervises other therapists, and has run mental health programs for schools. Jane works with children and adults to empower them to feel successful in coping with anxiety, depression, family issues, identity issues, or trauma. She is a trainer in treating trauma in children and is certified in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Jane is also ceritified in multiple evidence based clinical practices for anxiety, depression, and disruptive behavior in children. She has special expertise in working with parents and providing them with the skills to understand and positively parent their children. She also has expertise in family therapy, and educational advocacy, including assisting families with IEP advocacy and LGBTQ youth and families. Jane also enjoys working with adults and has done therapy with adults (often in conjunction with working with their children). On a personal note, Jane is married, has two children, and loves nature, exercise, and animals!
